Reservations: Services at Sol are available by appointment on a daily basis. Mobile Appointments will need to be made at least 48 hours in advance. Spa party events in to be made at least one month before the actual event. Please call in advance and secure & Pre Pay your spa party with a Pay Pal or credit card/or cash deposit. 1st time Minx clients will have to pre-pay an deposit read below for more details. If you are booking your 1st visit/ or 2 or more appointments with us, you will be asked for a credit card to hold your appointment.

To ensure a relaxing enviroment, Sol Oasis respectfully requests that all cell phones are silent and only used when absolutely necessary!

Childern and guests that are not receiving treatments are not permitted in the spa; Sol is not a Child friendly enviroment.

Mobile Arrival: Please allow Sol stylists (home visits) to arrive 15-20 minutes before your appointment time to set up your treatment area, change into your robe and prepare for your Sol experience. All new clients will be requested to complete profile and wavier form. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time and will incur the Full Fee. For in- salon appointments please arrive 10-15 minutes before your session; to fill out the paper work.

Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service base on, unruly behavior, sexual conduct, major health conditions, open cuts and sores, fungus, to many no shows, bounces checks, etc 

Late Arrival: Please note that arriving late to a schedule appointment (home visits, salon visit and spa parties) will shorten your treatment time. We regret that we cannot extend appointments due to tardiness and you will be responsible for 100% service fee. Please be considerate of appointments following yours by arriving on time.

Cancellations: Please allow 24 hours cancellation notice for all individual home visits and in- salon visits. Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment within the required amount of the time will result in a $35.00 charge of service. No shows will be charged at the 50% value of the service.

Pre Payments: Is needed to make all MINX appointments. You may call for an opening; but make sure to pre-pay your NON- REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $25 for your service thur Pay Pal. Rescheduling an appoitnment  at the last minute means you have to pre pay reserve an other time. The deposit will be applied to the service and the remaining balance due at the time of service.  Rescheduling MINX appointments with reasonable explanation, the deposit can be used to reschedule your appointment for a later date. (up to a month)
